Box Car Willy was extremely underweight, had skin issues, and a smile that caught your eye! He was taken from the streets of Philadelphia looking for safety. Once we met him, we couldn't let him stay there, he was so gracious and hungry-just skin and bones! He sat in our laps, lovingly making biscuits, he could not believe how nice people could be to him. At Kitty Cottage Adoption Center, we want to help the community cats who need it most, Willy needed it! Since being here, he has put on much needed weight, had a doctor address his skin issues with medications (he has gotten some relief from the stress of that issue), and most importantly-he has met some of the most amazing people/volunteers to just love him! He's available for adoption, he would make an amazing new friend who loves to sit in your lap!
